I am lying flat in bed reading FB on my iPad. I felt it coming on, stopped what I was doing, and laid still and prayed it would go away. The vertigo escalated to where I was dry heaving, with a fever and sweating. I took diasaprim and it came up almost immediately. I took a meclizine and the one for nausea. They stayed down for a little while, but did come up. I think my body absorbed some of it, because things began to settle down. As usual I got very chilled and had to use my heating pad to warm up. I was finally able to fall asleep.
