Just realized I am taking the last of my meds and I have not renewed or made an appointmentent with Dr. Beal. I called Costco and I can pick up the meds tomorrow afternoon. It mean I will not get my diuretic tomorrow, but I have my own potassium. I will have to call and make an appointment with Dr. Beal tomorrow. Just have to make sure I don't eat any salt tomorrow.
Baking bread without salt does not work. It ends up tasting like dog biscuits. I think I will not be able to leave the salt out of my bread. I need to not eat any processed food and request that and restaurant food not add salt. I love cheese and am going to try making my own, so I can make it saltless. I am now making my own mayonnaise, because I can leave the salt and sugar out.
I'll have to see how it goes tomorrow.
